Foreword

Bill Murray Bust

Synesthesia, to the sensory normalized, is a wonder to contemplate and a possible nightmare to live with.  A cross-wiring of sorts, it results in your senses registering in keys that are meant for other instruments.  Sound might have color; texture might have taste.

The cultural synesthete hears albums in novels, sees movies among mixtapes, dreams of stories amidst double-features.

I’m going to try and put this wiring to good use and offer connections between the various entertainment platforms for your enjoyment each Monday (or so).  Feel free to make requests and create this hyper-linked map of the new liberal arts along with me.

Welcome.
